I am having the opposite problem from most other people. On one of my
accounts, suddenly, right in the middle of reading and deleting mail, (I
prefer to keep some mail in my deleted folder for a couple of days before
permanently deleting it.) suddenly when I clicked on the delete x it asked
are you sure you want to permanently delete. This also happens when I go to
the edit menu and delete. The other 2 accounts still work fine. I do know
that I apparently accidentally clicked on something right before this
happened that showed my entire list of folders to show up not only on the
sidebar but in the email message space.

Can anyone please help?

I don't understand the problem. Are you talking about different user
accounts when you say accounts?

The list of folders in the Explorer directory reflects the folder
organization of the WinMail folders, as the messages are stored under each
as eml files.
