I tried to send a group message (about 45) with 43 pictures attached (class
reunion stuff). It's stuck in the "outbox" / doesn't show in "sent" and
won't open...says "can't open - "Outlook has already begun sending". I left
it open overnight because it was so large (thought maybe take a long time to
send)...still no luck. Tried every way possible to delete and try
again...WON'T DELETE!

HELP!

Click on File->Work Offline. Completely close Outlook (use task manager to
ensure no running outlook.exe processes are running). Open Outlook and
either move the item from the out box or delete it. Then click on
File->Uncheck work offline.

Remember, picture and video files are large - check with your ISP to see
what they set for the upper limit for a message size. Most ISPs limit it to
10 mb. Sending as many pictures as you tried to do probably exceeded their
limit.

Instead, try uploading them to a web site that allows you to post pictures
and send a link to them instead. You can use Windows Live Spaces for free.
Just sign in with your passport and create your space.
