Office 2007 Enterprise Edition; nothing but problems with Outlook. I can not
get messages sent out of the Outbox, they won't delete even with going
offline, also the downloadable tool did not work either. This is pathetic, I
need an answer to my problem.

Already performed the search. Created new PST and low an behold 3 days later
the same problem occurred. So, no your 2 cents did not correct the problem
within Outlook, and I do mean correct. If I were looking for a band-aid, I
would have followed through with your thread, which I looked at already.
