Go to Accounts in Windows mail (Tools>Accounts) In the Account Window click
on the Gmail account and then select Properties. In the Gmail properties,
Click the Advanced tab. Near the bottom of the properties window you will
see a section marked 'Delivery' The first option in this section is 'Leave a
copy of message on server' Place a 'tick' mark in the box next to this item
and then click OK. Emails from Gmail should now remain on their server.
