When creating a meeting or appointment, there's a drop down area for the
meeting/appointment location. I have several places (rooms) that are no
longer valid for the meeting or appointment to take place and would like to
delete these from the drop down menu. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance for the help!

You need to edit the registry. See

If you're not comfortable doing this via the registry, you can also clear
this list via OutlookTools (free);
