In FrontPage 2002, is there a way to select a picture on a Web page and
delete it from the page AND from the entire Web site at the same time so
that if you know you don't want it at all, you don't have to go search for
it in the image folder and delete it there also? Thanks in advance.

Arlene

Unfortunately no. FP will only delete the image tags and not go to the extra
step of deleting the file.

Hope this helps,

and that's probably because you may still want to use it on other existing pages.

>Hey Arlene. I would right click the picture in the

fronpage document, hit picture properties, browse, find
the picture in that list, then right click and delete it
there. Thats the fastest way I know of.

tht's right Robosan, but if you're a defiant Image Ready slice maker and
lots of things like "spacer.gif" with similar names is there a (quick, hmm)
way of highlighting the picture file you've just deleted from the page in
order to remove it for all eternity?
The answer should of course be :" just press control or alt or shift or....
when you press delete from the page" - but I'll bet my cotton socks it's
not - if so I'll eat them!...
