I have noticed a strange phenomenon that happens in the
Temporary IE Files folder (in Win '95, '98', ME, XP). No
matter what program is used to "clean" the temp folder,
ie. Tools> Clean files, Disc Cleanup, Spybot,etc. it is
never truly completely cleaned. If you go to:

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disc Cleanup...
highlight the "Temp. Internet Files" and click "View
Files" button, inside those folders can be (in my Dad's
case) up to 250 megs worth of un-deleted files.

Is there a cheap program out there that truly cleans the
folders? (I have done it manually but it is a pain)
