How to delete a header on an Excel spreadsheet that I did not create?

Not to be flippant - but perhaps "the same way you would for one that you did
create"?

Use View | Headers/Footers and simply delete the existin header?

If the sheet or workbook is protected, there are several tools available to
unlock them - you can start here:

Is it a Custom header? Just delete it.

If a built-in header, not so easy. Some you cannot change from Excel's default.

Post back with more info.
