I would like to remove few entries from the guestbook. How
can I do that? Guestbook is not the same as discussion web
right so
http://office.microsoft.com/assistan...PDiscmgmt.aspx
does not apply- right?

Thanks for information.

Susan

Hi Susan,

I believe that you are probably opening the guestbook.htm page, as opposed
to the guestlog.htm. The default set up of the guestbook template page uses
the include page component to "include" the guestlog.htm page on the
guestbook page under the form.

If you highlight all of the entries like you described, then right click and
select Open page in new window, FP will open the guestlog.htm page for you
in FP - where you will be able to remove single entries from that page. You
will notice near the bottom of the guestlog a component in italics text:
Form Results Inserted Here
You don't want to delete or remove that, but you can edit or delete the
individual entries that have been written to the page.

Hope you liked the book ;-)
