Consult with the support section for whatever site you downloaded the game
from and they should be able to tell you how to properly get rid of their
programs. As for the second question, you would need to point to that extra
drive, but if the program is only written to install in a certain folder on
the main drive, you won't be able to change it.
Again, the best answers would come from the people who created the programs,
like in their Help files or from their support people.
