Hi,

A client of mine has just called with a VERY vague question.

He's set up a new mail account in Outlook around the same time he imported
all of his folders and messages from another computer.

He says he's been left with an extra inbox folder that he can't delete.

This is all the information I have I'm afraid. Does anyone know how to
delete this extra folder?

I've asked him to right click and selected delete... but this doesn't work.

Sounds like he might be describing a duplicate folder set. Generally when
this happens, it is best to tell the person to create a new e-mail profile
via the mail applet in the control panel. (Make sure they create new and
delete old. Copying the e-mail profile just copies the corrupted registry
keys.)
