Deleting Folders in Outlook - Can't delete

I created a folder in the mail folders section of outlook. It is a one user
machine and I am the administrator. I can create folders but I cannot delete
them on this machine. When I try to delete a folder, even if it is empty, I
get an error message saying the folder is full and check the permission.
When I check the permission they are greyed out so I cannot access them.
Interestingly, I put the PST file on an older machine with an older version
of outlook and I was able to delete the folder with no issues.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

you can't delete the defaults while its the default message store - if you
make another pst default you can eventually delete them, as you discovered
when you moved it to the other computer.
