Deleting files named $NtUninstallKBXXXXXX

Hi all,

I would like to make space on a drive and I seem to remember reading that
we could safely delete files of the type $NtUninstallKB123456 in windows.
Could someone please confirm this for me.

Is it safe to delete the $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ folders (Yes)

But make sure you do not delete the folder that contains these files
