I cantankerous .exe file made it into my Program Files. I scanned it with
the latest Norton. OK. It keeps trying to access the net to download
gambling programs.

I can't delete it. It is not listed in add/remove programs. A right click
delete gets me "access denied".

Norton Utilities does not recognize it as a program it can delete.

How do I get rid of it?
