Using Outlook 2007.
Is it possible to delete entries from the dictionary?
(I guess the same question applies to MS Word).

If nothing else, can we manually edit it
and if so, where is it?

Thanks

Search for custom.dic
You can open this in Notepad for editing.

Another way to do it;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> Editor Options...-> section Proofing->
button Custom Dictionaries-> button Edit Word List...

Thank you very much, Robert.
I would never have found that under Tools etc
in a month of Sundays.
It's a poxy little screen for editing but
it did tell me where Custom.dic resides
so I can now use Notepad there.
