I have a problem with my address book caused after I reinstalled Microsoft
Outlook2007 on to my computer and then reinstalled the .PST file in to
outlook.

The e-mails installed correctly, but the address book did not. Some (a lot)
of the entries are ones I cannot use for they are names with no email address
or the email address cannot be used. I would like to delete these entries or
create a new address book. I need to temporally keep the address book I have
so I can transfer the good entries into the address book which I create. I
don’t know how to do this.

There is no address book in Outlook. All your data is stored in your
Contacts Folder.
There is a permanent bug in Outlook 2007 that prevents you from repairing
your corrupt Outlook Address Book view. You must create a new Outlook
profile.
