i have a 16mb file in my outbox that won't send or delete. how do i delete

Choose Work Offline in the File drop down menu. Close Outlook. Open Outlook.
Delete the offending file. Close Outlook. Open Outlook, choose Work Online
from the File drop down menu...

File->Work Offline. Completely close Outlook (check TAsk manager). Reopen
Outlook and delete the file. File->Uncheck Work Offline. Completely close
and reopen Outlook.

Do you recieve an error? Have you tried to remove it in offline mode

File, Work offline, delete it. Close and restart Outlook and uncheck Work
offline. That usually works, but if it doesn't, look up Mail Stuck in Outbox
in Help.
