Deleting email problem

I am having some issues with deleting emails from the web outlook client. A
user accessing there email via the outlook web client will try to delete a
message and they will get an access denied maeesage and can not delete the
message. However if we install the full oulook 2003 client on the pc they
can delete the mail. It does not happen all the time or to everyone just
some messages sometimes.
