My company uses quite a few custom forms in Outlook. I have created a
replacment form, but cannot figure out how to delete the old form. Any help
would be great. Thanks

Tools | Options | Other, Advanced Options...from there it depends on your
Outlook version. In Outlook 2007 click Custom Forms and then Manage Forms.

Thank you, but the problem is that the 'Delete' button is greyed out? Thanks

Where does the form reside? Is it in the Organiztional Forms Library? If
so, the Exchange administrator may need to delete it. Otherwise it might
have to be deleted by whoever published it in the first place.
