How do i delete some of the Commands when you right click
anywhere in IE. I have almost 6 to 7 commands linking me
to websites and I don't know how to get rid of them.

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Go to http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/ for ToolbarCop (near the bottom)

Also... check for the malware programs which placed these on your context
