Is there a way of changing the time on a recurring
appointment without losing or changing the history of the
old appointments. It is more than useful to be able to
keep this info and only make changes to the new
appointments? Thank you

Thanks for clarifying that Jill. Perhaps this something
you guys should look at for the future. I do a lot of
work with staff in organisations teaching them how to
improve their personal time Management using MS Outlook
as a personal productivity tool. What worries a lot of
people is the fact that they lose the history of what
they have done/where they have been at a particualr time.
Interestingly, this is possible in Lotus Notes. Thanks
again. PS. Don't suppose there are any patches anywhere?

Geoff, that is a problem that I've recently encountered myself and have
quickly learned that MANY others have the same desire to not lose past data
when altering or ending recurring appointments. I'm hoping this situation is
resolved in the very near future as it is quickly becoming more and more of a
problem for me.
