Is there any function within windows or externally
through registry settings that will automatically remove
a users locally cached profile from the machine when the
user logs off?

This is so that it generates a fresh profile every time
the user logs on, we do not use roaming profiles, so that
doesn't matter a great deal

Thanks

You can set this up in the computer's Group Policy settings.

Actually Tried that and It didn't appear to work, the
profile remained in the documents and settings folder
after logoff

Are you sure that the actual files are there? I ask because when I used
this feature I found that what appeared to be the user's profile in Doc's &
Settings, actually turned out to be a "shortcut like" folder pointing to the
real profile on the server.
