Hello

I have a problem in Outlook 2002, where a recurring meeting was deleted, but
the time slot is still showing the "Busy" bar in place. When you click on the
bar no appointment is shown, but the dates in the calendar are in bold,
showing that an appointment still exists. If you try to schedule an
appointment during that time, you get an error message saying the time is
booked. I have checked and this apparently on the Exchange server, as it will
show up on any computer the person is logged in on. Is there a way to remove
this from the schedule?

try the Clean freebusy switch. It may do the trick.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
