I have deleted a user account
Some of the files that were kept upon deleting this account are read only. I think prior to deleting this account permissions were changed. Is their anyway to reaccess this account to change permissions.
I have a backup but which files do I resore. I don't want all of them.

Hello,

If you need to restore an User Account from a
Backup, I would do a FULL backup to ensure that you can
access the account to it fullest.

If the files were encrypted and you do not have the keys, they are lost.
Otherwise, take ownership of the file to regain access to them:
