I deleted user from pc by mistake

I deleted my user account on Windows XP and don't know
how to restore it. I've lost all of my settings and want
to know if I can restore them.

have you tried going to a previous Restore Point?

data files aren't affected by System restore - if he's deleted the user
then the data files are probably gone anyway.....
