I accidently deleted my user id rather than changing the
password. All of my files are still there but I lost a
lot of my databases like my address book for outlook and
file history for different programs. Is there any way to
recover this. I know that the info is still there because
when plaxo updates me it says I already have them in my
addressbook. PLEASE HELP ME

What OS are you running?
Is it a domain user or local user?

Do you have a backup of the system state?
