Deleted user, how do I delete associated windows system folders?

We have deleted a user, but the windows system folders that were created when
the user was created are still out there. System will not let them be
deleted or changed. Is causing confusion with remaining user.

I'd suggest you ask this question in a newsgroup supporting your
version of Windows. This newsgroup is for the database program
Microsoft Access, not for Windows administration questions.
