Hello,

One of our users started having this weird problem and I can not seem to
figure out what's happening. We have Exchange Server SP2 and Outlook 2003
with latest sp and patches.

When user deletes an email while in unread messages folder, the item
re-appears almost instantly in unread messages folder, for other users an
item deleted in unread items folder no longer appears as unread.

Anyone knows a setting to get things back to normal?

Right click on unread email folder, customize this search folder, browse,
check only inbox...
