The accidentally deleted files might still be recoverable.
First . . . avoid do anything on your computer that would cause
anything to be written to the disk where the files used to reside.
Second, go to
http://www.undelete.com/downloads/menu.asp and look for
the Deleted File Analysis Utility download. Get this utility --
preferably download it from another computer and copy it onto a floppy
disk, to avoid writing to the disk where the deleted files were.
Third, run the Deleted File Analysis Utility to see which files can be
recovered. If the utility comes up with positive results, you can
recover the file with Undelete from Executive Software (available at
www.undelete.com).
