Hi,

A user at our company had created a large number of Custom outlook forms in
Outlook 2003, these forms were used to display and managed certain tasks
within a custom task view that he had also created.

Following a problem he deleted one of this custom forms and now the tasks
which used this custom form do not display correctly. The other tasks which
used other custom forms which were not deleted display correclty.

How do we recover a custom forms (and from where) and once we have recovered
them how do we re-apply that form to the exsiting tasks which are configured
to use that form in order for those tasks to display correctly?

See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=292494 for details on how to recover a form from the cache. Once you publish it with the same message class as the original, all should be well.
