I have user who are using short-cut to network shared folder in his desktop.
Problem is when user delets a files from shared folder short-cut the file is
not appearing in recycle bin in there desktop recycle bin or at the server
side.
Is there way to recover deleted files or is there way when user deletes file
off from server that deleted files can reside in recycle bin?

Hi

For the files already deleted, restore from a backup is the only
option (if relevant).

Try the recycle bin on the server where the share is. It wouldn't show up
in their recycle bin because it wasn't deleted from their hard drive.
