Instead of deleting web site I deleted the whole "My Web Site" folder. I
only had the 1 trial web site but don't know if I can just make a new folder
with the same name or were there hidden files for Front Page?

You can start a new site by creating a blank directory, open FP and click
file/new and then on the right click "More Web site templates". Choose
"Empty Web Site" and then browse to the directory using the Browse button
under options. Once this is done FP will setup the extensions for your web.
