you can go to your add/remove programs....then go to add/remove window
components and reinstall it there.

You can't delete Internet Explorer. It's part of the operating system.

In the first place, please don't post in all caps. It makes the message

How about you provide some more information. What makes you think internet
explorer was deleted? Maybe it was just the shortcut? What version of IE -
6 or 7?

If you go to start | run and type in iexplore.exe, click ok, what happens?

Internet Explorer questions should be posted to the internet explorer
newsgroup.
