deleted lid.exe

      22nd Dec 2003
Someone recently deleted "lid.exe" from c:/winnt folder and
it now is in the recycle bin. Now, I cannot open any
folders or anything that loads a window. However, programs
still load. I cannot open the recycle bin to restore the
file to its original place because of the mentioned
problems. What do I do?
