I am running Outlook 2007 and using IMAP for my email. Until
recently, if I deleted a piece of mail it would appear with a line
through it until purged in the usual way but would also be moved to my
deleted items folder.
For reasons that I cannot grasp, it still appears with the strike
through line and remains there until purged but no longer gets an
unstruck through version put in deleted items, trash or anything
similar.
This is not the case in Windows Mail, Thunderbird or other clients. It
is just Outlook.
I suspect that I have fiddled with something that I should not have
fiddled with but cannot for the life of me find what.
Does anyone have any ideas? Am I just imagining that deleted items
used to get copied to Deleted Items?
Any help gratefully accepted.
