What do I do to correct this?

What happens when you try? Nothing? An error? Do some items disappear?
What if you right click on the deleted items folder and select Empty Deleted
Items? Same result?

Are you on Outlook 2003? SP level? Multiple accounts or single mailbox?

Outlook 2003, SP2, single account. part of the deleted items go into
personal folders deleted folder and part under MSN deleted items folder.
There is no error message and nothing happens. Right click does nothing.
Only select all and deleting will empty MSN folder. Empty deleted only works
for personal folder deleted items.
