Why is it that when i delete something to the recycle bin it does not always show it self???

in other words i delete something then open the recycle bin and it appears empty.

i know the items were sent to the recycle bin because when i run window washer it washes out.


Anybody Know???????

The native recycle bin only captures items deleted from Windows
Explorer. IOW, items deleted from the command prompt or by applications
are not captured.
