When I click on the X to delete an item, it doesn't go in my Deleted Items
folder. It's just gone. How do I make it go to the Deleted Items folder?

If you have an item open & click X it simply closes the item.
If it was an email, then you probably have a View Set, for unread msgs

If you are viewing your Inbox, eg, select the msg, dont open it, press
Delete Btn

I think she's referring to the X that's on the tool bar, not the one in
the upper right hand corner.
