Deleted indexes

Hello all,

I had a secondary hard drive that was set up as a slave in
my system. I moved the HD to a new system and kept the
setting as slave so I can copy my data off of it. Upon
reboot, the systen started deleting files indexes. I know
that data is still there but I can not see it since all
the indexes were deleted. Is there a good product that
allows for indexes recovery, therefore data recovery?
