Hi,
That is thoroughly confusing. First, notepad.exe is normally found in the
C:\Windows directory. Second, it has nothing to do with cookies or deleting
them, it is for reading and writing simple text files. Third, deleting
cookies is done from the general tab of internet options in the control
panel. Fourth, if notepad.exe is actually missing, then you can simply
expand a new copy from the I386 folder (post back for full instructions if
necessary).
