a few steps:
turn on the advanced toolbar (View | toolbars)
find the Field Chooser and click it (it's on that toolbar) it will pop up a
window of fields.
drag the "From" field off the field chooser pop up window and onto the
screen and drop it beside the other column headers like "Received"
