I highlighted the wrong saved folder and deleted a very important one. Is
there a way to restore? HELP told me to look in the deleted mail but my
folder was not there.

Should be in the Deleted Items folder.

If it's not there and you have an Exchange server you should be able to use
Deleted Item recovery to restore it.

What version of Outlook are you using?

If neither of those work try doing a Search to find it; just in case you
moved it but didn't delete it.

If none of that works then you'll have to restore it from your backups.

Display the Nav Pane Folder List view (press Ctrl+6). Deleted Items should
have a plus sign to its left. Expand that plus and you should see the folder.
Drag it back to the correct parent.
