Actually, a little further info. If you permanently delete a folder in your
own mailbox you can recover it from your deleted items or the orginal
localtion. If you delete a folder from an attached mailbox it gets a little
more confusing.
Basically it appears as though the following happens
You delete a folder from an attached mailbox, it places it in your own
Deleted Items.
If you then permanently delete the folder from deleted items, you need to
log in as the attached mailbox, navigate to the original parent folder and
then you can recover the deleted folder from there.
Still, think it's resolved.
I think a nice to have would be a method of recovering deleted items from
anywhere in your mailbox as opposed to only from the parent folder, it's a
little difficult when people can't remember that parent folder.
As an aside, have installed Office 2007 SP2 today, wow it's fast. Well done
to MS for that.
