I am relatively new to FrontPage and have just deleted the web folde
not realising it would delete from whole system. ie, not in recycle bi
or anywhere I can see. Is there anyway to get it back? Please help

Have you tried opening the web in IE and seeing if it's still there? If it
is you only deleted the shortcut. If that's the case then re-open it in
FrontPage with File, Open Web and the shortcut will be recreated. If you
actually deleted the web site then you need to call your ISP and ask them if
they can restore it from their last backup.
