When I remove a file from my desktop, I can´t find it in the trash can. It´s
removed directly. Is there a solution to this?

Right click on the Recycle Bin on your desktop and select properties
from the menu.
In the window that opens, untick the box that says "Do not move files
to the Recycle Bin, Remove files immediately when deleted." Click OK.

That should do it.
