Deleted files

Trying again to see if anyone can help. I asked this
question last week and got not response. Please help!

One of our biggest projects got deleted from the server
two days ago. Nobody has access to the terminal, so it
had to have been deleted from a mapped drive. I restored
the project from tape, but how can I tell in Windows 2000
who deleted that file? I know how to find out in
Netware, but I am not as sharp on Windows. It's a
Windows 2000 Server configured as PDC. Please help!
