Hello. I have a group of networked computers running WinXP, and one
machine has a shared directory to which the other users have full
access. When files from this folder are deleted from another computer,
the files don't seem to show up in any Recycled Bin.....any ideas where
the deleted files go?

They are gone. Recycle bin does not work across a network.
