Hi,
Some important docs were deleted off our shared drives and I am unable to
located them. They do not go to the recycling bin on the computer or to the
one on the server. Are they permantly deleted?

That is correct, restore from backup.

Hello jillc,

Files deleted from network drives or mapped drives from another computerare
permanently deleted. you have to restore from backup, hopefully you have
some.
