Every time I delete a file from any application, a copy
shows up in "My Documents". I recently installed a
windows update and wonder if something in the update
changed anything. Anyone have this problem or have any
ideas about how to fix it? Thanks

Try deleting the file from MY Computer or Windows Explorer and hold down the shift key before pressing the DEL key. Also try booting into safe mode by pressing the F8 key when your system first boots up and try deleting a file in safe mode to see if the same thing happens. Also I recommend that you make sure your virus software is up to date and you run a full system scan. Also download and install either Ad-Aware or SpyBot. Update them and run a full spyware scan and cleaning.
