I can not delete any messages in my deleted by right clicking the file I have
to go into the folder and manually delete them one by one. Also I deleted a
folder that is empty and it won't delete it saying I don't have permission.
I am the administrator.

Version of Outlook? What type of Email accounts do you have configured?
